Delivery Promise
Please note this excludes trolleys, trailers and spars (these need to be quoted for on an individual basis.)
Our aim is to deliver your purchases to you within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). However, please allow slightly longer for the busier periods.
If for any reason we can't do this we'll get in touch to let you know what is happening and why. If there is a problem with the availability of your chosen goods we will let you know the likely delivery date. (You also have the option of alternative products or a refund). Please allow additional time (up to 15 working days) for the delivery of special order items.
In most instances the parcel will not be left without a signature. Please provide us with a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. We are happy to arrange delivery to your place of work if this is convenient.
If you are out when our couriers call they will leave a card and you can phone to arrange a convenient time for redelivery.

NB – the charges (UK Mainland) shown below are an indication to the likely costs, but not guaranteed as the definitive. These services are available with all our products and include packaging. Please note our preferred method of carriage is by courier but we can use other methods for smaller/low value items to reduce costs. It is your choice if you wish your item(s) to be sent by these methods as it is unrecorded!

These prices are for the postage and packaging and including VAT but your item may not be dispatched for up to 7 working days.
Who will be delivering my parcel?
We use DHL, UPS, EXPD, Royal Mail and Sailboat Deliveries to deliver goods.
I need my parcel redirecting but am unable to do this via the courier.
We would advise that you contact The Sailboat Spares Team on 01243 377633, please have your consignment number to hand and the alternative delivery address.
What happens to my parcel if I'm out while it's delivered?
In most instances the parcel will not be left without a signature. Please provide us with a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. We are happy to arrange delivery to your place of work if this is convenient.
If you are out when DHL call they will leave a card and you can phone to arrange a convenient time for redelivery. The courier card that is left should provide you with a direct telephone number to your local DHL courier who can arrange delivery/collection at a mutually convenient time from 7.30am to 9pm Monday to Friday. Please note we can arrange Saturday delivery but it does incur extra costs.
If your parcel has been delivered by Royal Mail you will have to follow the instructions on the "sorry we've missed you" card.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Solo and Delta cards. We also have paypal but this may incur extra charges.

We are fully committed to providing full security both through our on-line and mail order service. We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe for all sales transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties.
