MAST SWIVEL

 

The mast swivel leads the line with full articulation towards the trimmer.  The swivel is made of composite, 50/50 glass fibre/polyamide.  It is mainly used for Cunningham, Spinnaker and Gnav etc.  The sheave has two optional positions, either for the lines coming from above or from below.  The mast swivel can be fitted "up-side-down" depending on desired orientation of the cam cleat.  The sheave is of ball bearing type.
